This regulation set out the terms and conditions of the BizDisrupt360 Challenge event. All participants accept that this regulation may be amended at any time and without prior notice.

Section 1 - Description and Event Goal

BizDisrupt360 Challenge is a business model design competition taking place in-person in Lisbon on April 6 and 13 of 2024.

Section 2 - Organization

Approved teams will have access to all requested and approved materials.
During the event, teams will have technical assistance limited to clarifying material-related doubts.

Section 3 - Phases and Deadlines
Dates for different event phases are as follows:
- January 31, 2024 - Call opens for registration;
- March 22, 2024 - Call closes for Selection and Onboarding;
- April 1, 2024 - Challenge Announcement.
- April 6, 2024 - In-Person Hands-On Workshop.
- April 13, 2024 - In-Person Demo Day.

Section 4 - Participation Conditions
All candidates must be 18 years or older and with academic or professional experience in the following fields of expertise:
- Marketing,
- Management,
- Data Science,
- ITWhen applying Individually:
The organization will match individuals with other individuals or with existing teams.When applying in Teams:
The team must have at most 5 members.
When having fewer than 5 members, the team understands and accepts that members can be added to the Team by the organization, to complete at least the 4 fields of expertise.

Section 5 - Event Program
The event program will be revealed to the selected teams on April 1, 2024.

Section 6 - Materials and Equipment
The organization will provide teams with content materials for them to study and showcase their idea.

Section 7 - Jury and Project Evaluation
Each team to be considered for the Demo Day must deliver the following assets:
- Pitch deck;
- Business Model Canvas;
- Prototype;The final evaluation includes the final project (prototype), pitch, and business model.
The pitch should not exceed 5 minutes, with 10 minutes for Q&A.

Section 8 - Travel, Meals & Acommodation Expenses
All travel, meals and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participants.

Section 9 - Intellectual Property
The Intellectual Property rights of projects presented within this Regulation will belong to the Organization.Notwithstanding the above, the Organization shall ensure that participants, upon application confirmation, will sign a non-disclosure agreement.Mentors and invited experts expressly agree that all feedback is given entirely voluntarily and grant the Organization and participants a free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, disclose, reproduce, license, or distribute and exploit the provided feedback.

Section 10 - Mentoring
All the teams will receive support from mentors and invited experts. This support is advisory in nature, and the actions resulting from it are the responsibility of the participant and their team.

Section 11 - Prizes and Final Considerations
Monetary prizes will be awarded to the winning team.To receive the payment, each team member must submit a green receipt or an isolated act issued on the Portal das Finanças.

Section 12 - Event Exclusion

Section 13 - Event Cancelation
The Organization reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason of force majeure.

Section 14 - Personal Data
Following data protection legislation and the BizDisrupt360 Challenge Privacy Policy, all personal information will be held until the end of the Demo Day.
